PsycedelicAI Terms of Service

1. Account Setup

• Company Email Requirement: To create an account with PsycedelicAI, users must use a company email address. Personal email addresses are not accepted. (in rare cases personal may be used)
• Password Generation: For security purposes, PsycedelicAI generates a unique 35 24-character password for each user account. (24 is max)

2. Payment Processing

• Third-Party Payment Handling: Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party service. PsycedelicAI does not handle or store payment card details. Stripe independently manages and secures payment information according to their own privacy protocols.
• Resale Responsibilities: Users who choose to resell PsycedelicAI services to third parties are responsible for handling payments and supporting the AI chat agents provided.

3. API Key Usage

• User-Generated API Keys: API keys used in conjunction with PsycedelicAI services are generated and managed by the user. PsycedelicAI does not supply API keys to users.

4. CRM Integration

• User-Controlled CRM: Users have full control over CRM integration and operation. PsycedelicAI is not responsible for any failures or faults resulting from user-controlled CRM systems.

5. Data Compliance

• Legal and GDPR Compliance: PsycedelicAI sells services, and users are responsible for adhering to all legal and GDPR policies related to data usage and privacy.

6. Data Sharing

• No Data Sharing: PsycedelicAI does not share any data collected from users with third parties.

7. Security Measures

• Encryption and MFA/2FA: PsycedelicAI uses strong encryption methods and YubiKey for multi-factor authentication (MFA) and two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance security.

8. Limitation of Liability

• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for any consequences resulting from their use of PsycedelicAI services, including compliance with laws and regulations.
